Located at the Troy Township Center in Shorewood (25448 W Seil Road), the Troy Township Senior Program gets together every Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to enjoy socialization, share a nutritious meal with friends, play games, but mostly to have some fun. The activities range from card games, bingo and dominoes, to theme parties and occasional outings.
The Troy Township services all of Shorewood, areas of Joliet, Crest Hill, Channahon, and Minooka, and the senior program is open to all senior citizens within Troy Township who are 60+ and independent and able to take care of their own needs. More information can be found on the Troy Township website.

Being able to connect with our Township seniors and provide them with much-needed services has been quite impactful not only for the Township but for the seniors themselves. Supervisor Joseph D.
